De brasseriekaart bestaat uit een overzichtelijke lunch kaart en een uitgebreide menukaart met een aantal klassiekers en het Valuas brasseriemenu.

Het Valuas brasseriemenu is een flexibel menu van twee tot vier gangen, waarvan de gerechten eventueel ook per gerecht te bestellen zijn.
