Breakfast at the Maas

From 1 February, you can enjoy a breakfast at Valuas brasserie. This breakfast is for everybody, you don’t even need to sleep in our hotel.

The breakfast consist of freshly baked breads, orange juice, egg dishes and many more options to choose from our a la carte breakfast menu.

Kick Off Asparagus 2019

After a great succes of the first kick-off asperge season. We can announce that on 19th of march it will be the kick-off asparagus, we have a 6 course menu, with 6 Les Patrons Cuisiniers and in total 9 Michelin stars!
