Buongiorno!

From 16th of september until the 28th of september we serve a special 3 course menu in our Restaurant. Inspired by the Italian cuisine, with an aperitivo, and a glass of Italian wine per course. Only € 75,- per person.

Vanaf eind maart verzorgen wij naast ons Valuas ‘Friet-ei’ workshops, ook de asperge workshop!

Hier vertellen wij u alles over de Limburgse Asperge, van het perfect schillen, de juiste gaarheid van de asperges, het geheim van het pocheren van een ei en hoe u een heerlijke mousseline saus maakt.

Na deze workshop geniet u lekker in onze Brasserie van een heerlijk bord asperges op Valuas wijze!

Breakfast at the riverside

From the 1th February, you can enjoy a breakfast at Valuas brasserie. This breakfast is for everybody, you don’t even need to sleep in our hotel.

The breakfast consist of freshly baked breads, orange juice, egg dishes and many more options to choose from our a la carte breakfast menu.
