Our brasserie menu includes classics like the club sandwich, sole, the famous Valuas steak, and of course vegetarian dishes. The brasserie is the place to be for delicious meals at affordable prices, as confirmed by the award of the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand prize which we’ve received every year since 2009.
The wine list at our brasserie is the same as at our main restaurant. It includes a wide range of 350 wines from across the globe, from traditional to innovative.
WINES BY THE GLASS
Our sommelier has made a selection of different wines in all price categories which are served by the glass and go excellently with the dishes on the brasserie menu. Virtually all wines can be purchased from our wine shop, so that you can take them home with you after your stay.
