The "Valuas menu"

The menu at Restaurant Valuas is in two parts: an à la carte menu with our signature dishes by Eric, including classics such as his Stroganoff beef fillet, and the Valuas menu, a flexible menu consisting of two to nine courses. Each dish on this menu can be ordered separately for € 18.00 allowing you to create your very own menu from a three-course lunch to a long and pleasant dinner.


Our staff have put their heart and soul into the crafting of the wine list, which only features wines of excellent quality. Currently it includes some 320 wines from across the globe, from traditional to innovative.


We have made a selection of different wines in all price categories which are served by the glass. If you would like a wine pairing, our sommelier can match your dishes with wines from this selection. Virtually all wines can be purchased from our wine shop, so that you can also take them home with you after your stay.

The wine service at the Valuas restaurant has been awarded the highest score – five bunches of grapes – by Dutch restaurant guide Grootspraak.
