Whether you take a seat on the spacious sun terrace along side the Maas river, in the brasserie or in the restaurant, Eric and his team serve dishes composed of the most beautiful locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Herbs from our own vegetable garden, asparagus from the neighboring village Helden, dairy and shiitake from village Velden and fish from our North Sea.

Where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast, home-made pastry, a relaxed lunch or a fancy drink in our all day brasserie you can feed your gastronomic passion in our cozy fine dining restaurant with the extensive à la carte offering or a multi-course surprise menu.

In addition to the sustainable character, craft and tradition combined with global influences adorn the characteristic cuisine of Valuas. Valuas has long been known for its high level of quality, presented in a relaxed setting.

Our wine list has been compiled with great care and knowledge by our sommeliers. They are happy to introduce you to our extensive range, mostly biodynamic wines, from both small wine makers and renowned majors.
