With worldly cooking techniques, they conjure up masterful dishes for you with natural and regional products. From herbs straight from our own garden, asparagus from neighboring Helden to dairy products and Shiitake from neighboring village Velden.

We will all have to be sustainable more and more. We therefore make very conscious choices when it comes to our ingredients. You can see and taste this in our dishes. Enjoy and be surprised!
